@Hermesparcels is there any way of actually speaking to someone at Hermes? I would like to know why my parcel is being returned and why it says that delivery was attempted when it most definitely was not. Your website says 3 attempts at delivery are made, how about making 1?

@Tesco note to self, don’t trust the “check you’re happy” dates for C&C. Collect shipping on Thurs, salmon use by Fri, chicken use by Sat, only warned of turkey which is use by Mon. Left the other 2 in their red bags in the fridge for tonight’s dinner and tomorrow’s picnic lunch!

The local delivery driver for @Hermesparcels obviously has a fear of doorbells! The only way I know my parcel is delivered is by the email I receive later on. Every single time! 4 cars in my driveway yesterday so clearly people home but no, let’s stick the parcel in the shed! 🙄

@VodafoneUK I was told it was a website error and that’s why it crashed when I tried to proceed. After I phoned I thought I’d try again just to see and it worked, typical!! Don’t think it can be a website error now though!
