🚨 JSO officer Shane Saydek arrested after punching a handcuffed man twice in the face over minor charges.

A fellow officer reported him. Sheriff T.K. Waters didn’t defend it.

This is the problem. Some officers still believe the badge gives them permission to brutalize people who can’t fight back. The fact that a colleague reported it and the sheriff called it out doesn’t erase what happened it proves these incidents only get addressed when bodycams and real accountability exist.

Saydek was fired and now faces battery charges.

Unacceptable. We shouldn’t need cameras for basic restraint.
