The house doesn't win, the community does.
Let’s talk about why @HotEminSummer matters on Avalanche real quick.
Every cycle has its moment, and this summer on @avax was called a loud summer back in winter. Even while we kept dipping, that energy never really left.
What makes $HOTEMIN different to me is where the energy is coming from. The people leading the charge aren’t tourists. They’ve been in the AVAX trenches for years. They know the chain, the culture, and the community.
I’ve seen some discourse about it not being “multichain,” but honestly, maybe that’s the point.
Avalanche natives need something to rally around again. Not every project needs to chase every chain right away. Sometimes the strongest move is getting your own house back together first before trying to onboard everyone else.
I think we’re in that phase now. The house is coming back together. Now it’s on the people to help push, onboard, and build the momentum instead of coasting while others do the work.
That’s the same belief we built @bears_salmon on: supporting Avalanche, backing native builders, and helping reunite the eco.
I support what the $HOTEMIN team is doing, and I’m here for the ride.

Hot take.
@avax doesn't need more narratives, it needs stronger value capture.
Imagine if:
- Staking emissions gradually decreased over time.
- 5% of AvaCloud and institutional revenues were used to buy AVAX on the market.
- Every L1 locked a small amount of AVAX based on its size.
- Every cross-L1 transaction burned a tiny amount of AVAX.
Nothing crazy, just simple mechanisms that align ecosystem growth with AVAX demand.
Today we have 64 L1s.
Tomorrow maybe 500.
The goal isn't 500 chains, the goal is 500 chains creating demand for the same asset.
That's how you build a monster!
Hot take:
@avax@AvaxTeam1@AvalancheFDN@AvaLabs
Avax shouldn't optimize for chain count!
It should optimize for AVAX scarcity.
Every L1 should:
• Lock AVAX
• Burn AVAX
• Buy back AVAX
• Generate for AVAX stakers
🫴 Every cross-chain action should consume AVAX.
🫴 Every institutional deployment should require AVAX.
🫴 Every new chain should reduce circulating supply.
Imagine 1,000 L1s all competing for the same asset.
That's the kind of flywheel that can redefine value accrual in crypto.
One more thing I'd love to see:
A native $AVAX value accrual layer for every C-Chain application.
Example:
• 0.5% to 2% of protocol fees automatically converted to AVAX
• 50% burned
• 50% distributed to AVAX stakers
For a small protocol generating $100/day in fees:
Almost negligible.
For a protocol generating $1M/day:
That's real AVAX demand every single day.
Combined with:
• L1 AVAX locks
• Activity-based AVAX buybacks
• Cross-L1 AVAX burns
• Institutional AVAX requirements
Every successful app on Avalanche would strengthen AVAX itself.
Not through inflation, through usage.
The endgame isn't forcing every Avalanche L1 to buy huge amounts of AVAX.
It's making every L1 contribute to AVAX demand as it grows.
Imagine:
• 500 AVAX locked to launch
• Additional AVAX locked based on TVL and activity
• 5% to 8% of protocol fees automatically used for AVAX buybacks
• Every cross-L1 interaction burns AVAX
A small app pays almost nothing.
A successful app contributes massively.
The bigger the ecosystem grows, the stronger AVAX becomes.
That's the flywheel I'd like to see.

When I commit to partners, I go all the way.
I’ve supported projects, communities, launches, visibility, engagement… because I believed @avax ecosystems grow together.
But this space also shows the other side of the coin.
Small circles helping each other while everyone else watches from the outside.
Today, only one team truly honored every commitment they made to us. They know who they are, and I genuinely thank them for it. I hope what we’re building will make their community proud.
No external funding here, no hidden deals, we build in public. And if support disappears, we’ll simply bridge elsewhere and keep building.
Mainnet is getting very close.
The first two games are almost ready.
Let’s see who’s really here for the long run.
Much love to everyone supporting us since day one.
