This will then reverse our big issue. The shortage of staff. Increasing pay and getting better equipment will make people want to do the job. Making it so instead of a shortage of staff, we have an overflow, that's what we need. Do you agree?
Decreasing the taxes will give people more Disposable income, this means the government will still be earing money, if not more money. Will also decrease the homeless population and when we gradually increase the NHS staffs pay, it will entice more people into the Job

After this 5 year period. Each english club will be paying 10% CPT and 5% per merchandise item sold and/or 5% per ticket sold. This will keep money coming in, decreasing the tax amount l, but what benefits will this have?

I Have had some feedback. Yes 20 - 30% Is alot. However, this is just for the first 5 years. This huge influx in money will enable us to decrease taxes and help our NHS grow. After the 5 year period, we will have other plans to maintain the money coming in from sports

The outcome is simple. The @NHS are lacking staff. This is due to poor pay, poor sanitation facilities and poor investment. I believe doing something like this will more money to be invested in the necessary equipment and improve salaries to help entice people to work for the NHS

We can distribute this accordingly. The NHS Is lacking. That will be the primary focus. After that, the teams will be divided and that will be the service they are "partnering" with.
-
- But what's the overall outcome?

I want to learn the differences between credit and debit. School Is a place for education. We live in a society where we dont need grades. We need basic living essentials. Secondary school "prepares you for the outside world". It doesnt! It prepares us for Exams!
The #educational system needs to change. We are in the generation of new technology. Gone where the days of needing to workout a maths equation, I can look up my answers on the internet. The system needs to focus on more important things, things like: Paying bills, taxes (part1)
Insurance, being Financially stable. Those are just the very few things that needed to be added into the system. We don't need in depth Maths. For example, I dont need to learn Pythagoras, I wont be using that post GCSE. I want to learn about financial stability. (Part 2)
