He was two weeks old.
He had not learned to laugh.
He had not learned to roll over.
He had not learned anything yet.
He was knifed to death in his own home, in the arms of a family that had no chance.
His mother was knifed too. She was 23.
His grandmother was knifed too. She was 54.
Three generations of one family. Erased in a single afternoon.
The man arrested for it was an illegal immigrant who had already been deported once.
He came back.
A year before the killings, he was arrested for his fourth DUI.
ICE asked California to hold him.
California released him.
There is a sentence the sheriff actually said in public after this:
"It was just a DUI."
A two-week-old infant is now dead because four drunk-driving arrests, by a man who had already been deported once, was treated as "just" anything.
He should be alive.
His mother should be alive.
His grandmother should be alive.
God bless every American who refuses to call this normal.
Dr. Andrew Huberman: "Unless I'm Absolutely Starving, I'm Not Eating Canned Soup Ever Again."
One serving of canned soup every day for just 5 days triggered a 1,000%+ increase in toxic BPA in urine.
Huberman's direct warning:
"Unless You Have A Powerful Reason To Consume Canned Soup---Don't Consume Canned Soup."
BPA (Bisphenol A) is a potent endocrine disruptor that mimics estrogen, hijacking your hormones. It’s been linked to:
- Cancers (breast, prostate, ovarian)
- Infertility & reproductive damage
- Obesity, diabetes & metabolic chaos
- Early puberty in girls
- Neurodevelopmental issues in children
- Heart disease
Europe banned it in food packaging. The FDA still says it’s “safe.”
Acidic foods like tomato soup break down the can lining even faster, dumping more BPA straight into your meal.
This isn’t theory — it’s from a randomized crossover trial. Your convenient pantry staple can spike your toxin load dramatically in under a week.
**Fresh, whole foods. Glass jars. Tetra Pak. Verified BPA-free when you must use cans.**
Your hormones, fertility, and long-term health are too important to gamble on “just one can.”
Ditch the cans before they ditch your health.
What canned item are you cutting out starting today? 👇
2/ Wagner’s expert witness testified that she is being kept 8-13 feet away from the NYS primary vote count (yes still underway) behind a chain link barrier and thus can’t meaningfully observe anything. Bd of Elections lawyer tried to keep her far away. Expert witness (Lulu Friesdat) said she could see nonetheless that counters are not marking tallies. In other words they are not actually counting votes. She also testified that they copied numbers from just one data source in the 2025 election and did not actually count the votes. Ezra Glaser, lawyer for the opponent who ‘won’, bullied and belittled her in cross examination, called her and Wagner all ‘conspiracy theorists’. Kendra Riddleburger, lawyer for Board of Elections, conceded that the vote was still being counted and that the Bd of Elections needed til July 15 to count 28 votes! Judge ordered preservation of all records and ruled that observers could sit four feet away to meaningfully watch count. Ezra Glaser at that point started shouting at Wagner, insulted me - I was just observing, as press - and went into the hall with Wagner. There he became so threatening and belligerent, shouting and menacing, that two police officers or security guards had to break it up. Many witnesses. What is Board of Elections hiding? Why are their representatives trying to keep people from watching the primary vote count?
Iconic Tillman free kick. Favorite USA goal of my lifetime other than the Donovan/Algeria goal. Still reeling from the dubious red card on our best guy…, one team grabbed jerseys for 2 hours to stop advantages, the other team had an awkward collision somehow become a red… what?
23 years ago, we set out to prove that electric cars could be great – not just great electric cars, but the best cars overall.
We’ve gone from one electric sports car to
– Over 9 million vehicles on the road
– Model Y becoming the world’s best-selling car of any kind only 3 years after first deliveries

@SCRefrainer@SamaHoole I get raw A2 milk, cream, whey butter, yogurt and cheese from a purchasing coop that delivers to a common pick up site. The coop buys from a dairy farmer from another state. Can’t get it from the store. 3 million people in US drink raw dairy.
Pasteurisation solved a real problem created by dirty industrial dairies a century ago. The answer to poor hygiene at scale was heat. The answer at a sixteen-cow farm with clean practices is not the same problem requiring the same solution. People are starting to notice the difference.
A sixteen-cow farm in Cheshire is rationing its milk and trying to buy another cow, all because the best striker on the planet mentioned it once on YouTube.
Erling Haaland drinks raw milk. A glass in the morning, another after training, a ritual he has kept since he was a boy. He calls it his magic potion, a superfood, good for the stomach, the skin, the bones and the muscles. Then he showed six million people a glass of it, and the quiet little dairy he buys from has not been quiet since.
That dairy is Greenoaks Farm in Mobberley. Sixteen cows, calves left on their mothers, a couple of hundred litres a day sold straight to whoever turns up at the gate. Since the video it has been, in its own words, frazzled. Orders skyrocketing, staff flat out, a Facebook post saying they hope to buy a new dairy cow very soon just to keep pace. One footballer, one phone, and a small British farm got a surge no dairy campaign has managed in years.
Start with what is actually in the glass. Cream still sitting on top. The fat-soluble vitamins intact, the enzymes still working, the native bacteria still alive, none of it boiled off in a factory to buy a few extra days of shelf life. This is the milk people drank for ten thousand years before anyone built a pasteurisation plant.
A farmer who sells it by the tens of thousands of gallons calls it fantastic for muscle repair and growth. You can argue that claim all day. A glass of it is currently leading the line for one of the best teams in the world.
Now watch the reaction, because the reaction is the whole story. The Food Standards Agency files raw milk under risky and insists there is little credible evidence it does anything at all. A former Manchester City nutritionist went on the BBC to warn fans off copying him, to stop chasing trends and do the mundane stuff properly instead. A man paid to think about nutrition, gently correcting the best goalscorer alive about his own breakfast.
And look at the friction they built around it. You cannot buy raw milk in a British shop or supermarket. It is perfectly legal, and they have still made it as awkward as possible to get hold of, so you drive to the farm gate or you go without.
The clampdown has not worked. Some of his own teammates were on it before he arrived. Across the country the orders are now outrunning the cows, small dairies selling out, a whole quiet trade stepping into the daylight on the back of one glass of milk.
The experts say there is no evidence. The evidence is putting the ball in the net every few days, and it begins each morning at a sixteen-cow farm that cannot pour fast enough to keep up.
🚨 HELL YES! The resolution committee for the South Dakota GOP just voted IN FAVOR of censuring John Thune
This is Thune’s HOME STATE.
He’s in BIG trouble in 2028 if he doesn’t get the freaking SAVE America Act passed!
KEEP UP THE PRESSURE!
Great work @ScottPresler!
While the climate panic puppies fixate on the heatwave over in Europe, I thought now would be a good time to remind y’all that Antarctica set a new continental and worldwide low temperature record back in March.
Vostok dipped to −76.4°C (−105.5°F) on March 24th.
How soon people forget.
The weather has always been extreme. It always will be.
MASSIVE SCANDAL UNFOLDING IN DENVER
You will want to read to the end. Absolutely shocking corruption and coverup.
Denver City Council blocked Denver International Airport from leasing space to Key Lime Air, because the airline worked with ICE.
There was just one problem…
It violates FAA rules.
So what did they do?
City attorney Miko Brown allegedly urged the airport to fabricate an investigation into the airline’s safety record to cover up for illegally discriminating against the airline for political reasons.
When word got out, Brown and Mayor Mike Johnston flat out denied it.
However CBS just obtained an internal airport memo appearing to reveal the entire thing was true.
City officials conspired to discriminate against a private company for political reasons then lied about it to cover it up‼️
The @TheJusticeDept should investigate. @AAGDhillon
The best striker on the planet eats like a Norwegian farmer from 1850, and the British tabloids called it "cannibalistic."
Erling Haaland, the six foot four machine breaking every scoring record in sight, has let the world see his plate, and it reads like a carnivore forum brought to life. He buys beef heart and liver from the butcher and eats them by choice. Fatty steaks, the fattier the better, by his own account. Sea bass, salmon, mackerel. Eggs on sourdough. Raw honey. And his self-described "magic potion," raw milk, which he drinks straight, stirs into his coffee and blends with greens to carry to training.
The sourcing is the entire philosophy. Holding up the organs in his documentary, he said most people will not touch them, but he cares about his body and about eating quality local food. Then the line that belongs on a barn door: people say meat is bad, but which meat? The stuff from McDonald's, or the local cow eating grass right over there?
Look at what is missing just as hard. No seed oils. No fizzy drinks. No alcohol. No ultra-processed anything. He filters his water and chases the morning sun. The man treats a packet of crisps the way most people treat a syringe.
Now the honest footnotes, because the internet lost its mind. The famous 6,000-calorie figure is one he flatly waves away, saying he does not count. His dad's lasagne is a sacred pre-match ritual, he makes brisket tacos in the slow cooker, and his actual favourite food is a kebab pizza he allows himself about once a year.
Strip away the cryo chamber and the mouth tape and the part underneath is almost insultingly simple. Whole food, mostly animal, sourced with care, nothing from a factory. The most lethal finisher in football runs on the exact diet the official guidance spent fifty years telling you to fear.
