On 8 July 2026, I purchased a 65-inch Samsung TV from Carrefour, Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, for AED 2,500. The TV was delivered on 9 July 2026, but the model delivered was different from what had been demonstrated and promised by the salesperson, Mr. Imran.

@CarrefourUAE We have lost AED 2,500, received an unsuitable product, and faced poor customer service with no genuine effort to resolve the issue.
We are now left with no option but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and share our experience other platforms

@CarrefourUAE was false, as he was associated with a third-party vendor. The TV itself is also not functioning properly, making the entire experience even more disappointing.
We have been loyal Carrefour customers for over 16 years, but this experience has completely eroded our trust.

@CarrefourUAE We immediately raised a complaint on the same day, and we were assured that the TV would be collected and the issue resolved. However, despite repeated follow-ups over the following days, we received only conflicting information and no action was taken.

@airfrance such a disappointment. They canceled the flight and now not refunding the amount they committed. On top of that nobody have any exact information that what has happened and what to do next. Really suffering and having a horrible experience with this airline.
