Reportedly, out of 1016 who cleared prelims, around 600 were from Kashmir yet only 13 survive the mains.
This is not coincidence. This is systemic elimination. How many times will Kashmiri students be shattered before someone in power calls this out?
When will the NC government wake up and handhold the youth who trusted them? Merit cannot bleed like this without a reason.This is the murder of confidence.

Out of 502 posts, just 106 are open to all after vertical & horizontal reservations carve out their lion’s share- on top of their already closed fat quotas.
In the end, only 67 out of 502 make it from pure General category ; that’s 13% representation for a 69.5% population.

And then they wonder why students are willing to sit in freezing parks !

This is madness. This is indifference bulldozing young careers.

Revamp this excessive reservation regime and restore merit, or tell the youth what choice you’ve left them.

Total 502 posts. Only 106 under Open Merit and pure general category candidates are just 66 that's 13%.
This raises a serious question, what remains of General Category in J&K?
Reservation was meant to support, not to shrink merit into irrelevance. When students competing without any relaxation are left with crumbs the system loses balance. I was detained for speaking up on this but silence is not an option. This is not against any community. This is for fairness, transparency and equal opportunity.
Merit must not be the casualty.

70% of J&K’s population will compete for 192 out of 480 Medical Officer posts.
Tell me when you fall sick, will you ask the doctor’s category or their competence? This is not social justice.
This is the systematic killing of merit and a direct threat to healthcare quality.
Reservation was meant to uplift not to overpower. Correct imbalance? Yes.
Create a new injustice? No.
Enough is enough. Restore balance. Restore merit. We want our fair share back.

The category aspirants can only compete for only 240 seats. Just 240 out of 600.
These 240 are open and everyone can compete including reserved folks and you still call this fair recruitment? You are selling our futures in broad daylight. Merit-based youth are slipping into depression while watching their careers being handed over on a platter.
Where is the Sub-Committee Report that was constituted to correct this imbalance? Why has it been buried? Why are you deliberately murdering the future of hardworking students?
Every exam, every notification & every list is pushing General Category students out of the system. This isn’t welfare, this is systematic exclusion. This is injustice. And this is how you destroy a generation.
