This Iraqi-born animal Aras Hussein took a kitchen knife to his 18-year-old girlfriend Reema Ramzan’s neck WHILE SHE WAS STILL ALIVE.

Stabbed her in the chest. Then used “considerable force” to cut her head off in his Sheffield flat.

He walked out onto the street naked, covered in her blood, clutching her money and passport.
