@airindia Please explain this or process my refund in original source of payment. Also, please don’t commit fraud in daylight by providing a date change when you have already offered vouchers which was rejected.

@MoCA_GoI Sir the airline has duped me with a misleading solution of returning the air ticket fare in form of voucher to which I rejected. Now the airline is allegedly forcing me to accept the date change while sheltering their own employees who have committed fraud and misled me.

@airindia Having following the case for 8 months now has taken a huge toll of time, effort and mental health after the solution of refund given on 3 may 2026 over call was withdrawn. If the resolution is not given as discussed on 3 may 2026 I shall be filing a writ petition in high court.

@airindia Respectfully, I would like to have my refund as discussed over the telephonic call with your agent Parul Mittal on 3 May 2026 after you provided me with the voucher for the whole amount which I rejected. This is misleading and has affected me for 7 months now.

@MoCA_GoI Dear sir , the airline offered me with coupon vouchers over telephone and email which they allegedly withdrew after I rejected that and asked for a refund. Now the airline has started to play games by not even talking about the misleading facts being produced by them.

@airindia If there is any ambiguity about the written statement, please ask your agent Ms Parul who has officially sent me bait deal of coupon vouchers in writing from your official email address. Rather you are penalising the consumer than looking in on your staff doings. @DGCAIndia

@airindia Sir respectfully, I have got the same reply once again, you earlier provided me with evouchers that can be used of the whole amount I paid by one of your agent Ms Parul. Now that is withdrawn and you are offering me with a degraded solution of date change that is unacceptable.

@airindia My request remains the same - please provide me the refund. National duty due to the ongoing tensions in middle east takes precedence over any kind of travel at the moment!
