Honeymoon ruined due to Scapia’s booking failure
@ScapiaCard confirmed our hotel booking, yet on arrival in Mauritius we were denied entry, insulted, and not allowed inside the reception. Left standing outside with luggage in a foreign country.

Scapia later acknowledged the issue and asked us to rebook and claim later.
Till today, after 2 months NO refund has been processed.
Is this how customers especially honeymoon couples are treated on international trips?

Flight cancelled by @IndiGo6E and refund already processed by the airline.
However, @Goibibo has not refunded my amount, and there is no way to reach customer care or even raise a proper claim on the app.

This is unacceptable.
