Okay, maybe you can make it a community based coin. And have the main theme be “turning loss into impact” or something around struggling and facing loss from cancer.
Basically a coin with the mission to support those left behind by loss.

Then for socials and getting people engaged: You can have a forum where people can share their stories, kind of like a support network. Probably in Reddit.

Maybe you can set up a financial aid relief fund for families? The coin can fund the grants (like 1% of every transaction goes towards the fund) and people can apply for the grants if we make an application.

Or maybe the coin can be like direct peer-to-peer support. Users can send coins to eachother to help cover expenses, or show support, etc. So someone can post about their struggle in the community forum, and then community members can send tokens if they want.
