@Kitchiki Fair enough! Thanks for your input! I’m still working on my fitness level so maybe one day I’ll be able to increase. It’s a fun way to exercise—glad we can both enjoy it! 😊

@Kitchiki I’ve been jog/running since June and still every time I try to do two days in a row or up my days in general, I suffer for it. I can do a 5k without stopping and a 10k with a few walk breaks. My heart rate is always super high though so I probably just wear myself out every time.
