I'm writing from my business account because my personal account, @sdmotiger, was stolen on September 15, 2026 and X has now refused to restore it twice without ever attempting to verify me.

What happened: an unauthorized party removed my phone number, disabled 2FA, and changed the email of record from [email protected] to [email protected] — all on September 15. X's own systems emailed me a security notification for each change, at [email protected], because that was the registered address at the moment each change was made. I still have all three.

Here is the part I need a human to look at: X says it cannot verify I own that account, and X is still charging me for it. I've paid for X Premium on @sdmotiger through my Apple account since November 7, 2024. The most recent charge was September 13, 2026 — two days before the takeover — and it renews October 7. The verification badge the thief is displaying right now is funded by my card.

Both of those cannot be true. Either I'm the account holder and you can restore my access, or I'm not and X has been billing a stranger for 22 months.

Ticket ACCESS-15627354 was closed September 18. A second report was rejected September 21. Neither one sent a challenge to my email of record, asked for my ID, or asked for billing records.

I'm not asking you to take my word for it. I'm asking for a verification step of any kind. Name one and I'll complete it today.
