Day 37 of @MediacomSupport raising prices and lowering data caps to ridiculous levels for services that only consistently work a few days each week. Do not believe their “always on” or “99.9% reliability” hype. BEWARE THIS COMPANY FOLKS!
@MediacomSupport You won’t assist. You will make excuses for the horrible service that never works. Mediacom internet hasn’t worked in Valdosta for four weeks and even when you finally got it back on, it only works every other day. People here are fed up and mediacom refuses to fix it.
For over $150.00 per month @MediacomSupport will provide you with “always on” internet service that only works every other day. YES, IT IS NOT WORKING AGAIN even though their useless app says it is. BEWARE THIS COMPANY FOLKS!

@MediacomSupport just informed me that they are increasing my bill by $50.00 per month with no change to my service! BEWARE THIS COMPANY! DO NOT USE THEM!
Day 19 of no internet service from “always on” @MediacomSupport and since so many of you asked, no, customer support doesn’t reply or help any longer. BEWARE THIS COMPANY EVERYONE!
Day 18 with no internet service from “always on” @MediacomSupport who now have an unintelligible recording on their customer service line to block and prevent customers from asking when their service will be restored. BEWARE THIS COMPANY EVERYONE!
Day 17 with no internet from @MediacomSupport and no end in sight. Now they won’t even project a repair date which sounds like they’ve just given up. Working 24/7 to get it repaired? There’s no way! Still billing customers though. BEWARE THIS COMPANY EVERYONE!
Day 12 with no internet from “always on” @MediacomSupport who have failed 5 times to give an accurate date for service restoration and refuse to give useful information to customers while continuing to bill them.
Day 11 with no internet service as @MediacomSupport continues to bill its customers for non-existent “always on” internet service and provides no reliable timeline for service restoration. Stringing customers along rather than just being honest is no way to do business.
