Glad that you mentioned it. It seriously was a pain to get my money on a cold wallet. I had to ask the support team to do so. Even these directions from them are not 100% accurate, but you will manage it, since i did it too. The most important point is to switch to "classic mode", otherwise a withdraw is not possible. And you need to set a new password for your BitGo wallet, as mentioned by Sunil. In the end you need to wait for your money release, wait again for the transfer into crypto, and finally wait until your external wallet is released. Then you are good to go. Try a small amount first to see if it works. Chose the correct chain. It will take 1 to 2h until you receive it. Hope this is helpful🙏
