@FashionNovaHelp Ive emailed and was told that they would not cancel the order and to accept the order and return it for a flat fee and get a store credit.
2nd time @FashionNova has told a lie and refuse to help. Not only will they not cancel an order that has yet to leave the warehouse/facility that was suppose to be delivered on 11/17, but also refuse to provide a full refund for their mistake and now I have to accept a credit.
Everyone wants to a job, until they have to do their job.
I will never stay at any @IHGCorporate@IHGhotels ever again. Not only are they trying to cover up for the managers, but they are passing the buck for the next person to handle that doesnt do anything.

To get understanding of why the hotel res was modified today and why no notification was provided. Claire never called me back. I call customer relations again 2hrs later and this time spoke with Viola who dropped call and never

Rizza also refused to transfer me to her manager and refused to provide me the managers names. This is beyond unacceptable and now my elderly parents are stranded and looking for a hotel after 17hrs of driving

Called back. I called cust relations back in hopes that I would get either Claire or Viola. Nope, I s/w Rizza who was only able to provide me with the case number but refused to follow up with the hotel.

No notes on the acct/reservation, no cancellation email, and no receipt of what was actually charged to the card. I called IHG corporate office at 1 (770) 604-2000 s/w a Claire who informed me that she/he/they would call the hotel
