My brain really can’t comprehend that half the people my age are chasing kids around and I’m just daydreaming at work about micro-dosing mushrooms, owning a flea market cart and evading taxes for the rest of my life.
@kemimarie Also the world that was created with the other person is gone. It was an entire world that could only exist with us existing as one in it, and though it may still be accessible, it’s stagnant in time and space and now more of a hazy mystery, when it was once a safe home
a part of the reason grief caused by loss is so intense is bc you are mourning what was, what is and what could’ve been but isn’t. you had these ideas of what could be, all these hopes, dreams, visions of what was to come and all of that is gone. that’s one of the hardest parts
Just thinking bout the last time I took acid like 5 years ago at a floozies concert and realized that you can only play guitar if you make a deal with a demon. I haven’t taken acid since.
