I am coming to the end of my tether with the service from the Neurosurgical Service, for the last 2 years the communication is zero from last march 25 when I had the Pre-op. 
I had an appointment on the 20th April 2026 which is over a year from the last one, and after being told I was number 5 on the list was expecting at least a date for the procedure but it still leaves me chasing to get any type of information.
Given the significant impact these delays have had on my life, I urgently request that you provide a clear surgery date and regular updates on my position on the waiting list. I would appreciate your intervention to expedite my case and ensure I receive the treatment that was agreed to over a year ago.
