@yours__jay I worked my kids out at 7....there the healthiest and fit teenagers I have seen. Grew my children up in the country...fresh veggies and fruits everyday....no pork products. Not big on red meat...some chicken. Running, yoga, meditation. Pure liquid fish oil from birth to now.
