@Wvisioncreation First they need to fix blur notification when a theme is applied. I can't use themes cause it changes the notification to transpartent.

When you apply these, notifications go transparent and lose all the blur. So the solution is, unapply these settings and apply the basic theme in homescreen and norifications will have blur.
