AI is now being used to recreate Adobe’s software, a developer has released seven free, open-source apps as clean-room alternatives to Adobe’s main tools:

- PhotoCraft → Photoshop
- VectorCraft → Illustrator
- FilmCraft → Premiere Pro
- LightCraft → Lightroom
- EffectCraft → After Effects
- DesignCraft → InDesign
- PrintCraft → Acrobat Pro

Built in Rust with help from Claude Opus 5.5, they run on Windows, Linux, and macOS under MIT/Apache licenses without using Adobe’s source code.

I really don’t understand being so upset over this game. I’ve had so much fun, and I’m looking forward to coming back to it once it wipes. It’s not as fun this late in wipe.

@Brammflakes @BigfryTV One thing I would love to see, and I’m assuming other people as well, is item level cap servers. So someone that is level 80 can play on a level 60 max server but they can only use unlocks below level 60. I want to be able to play with my higher level friends without misery.

The admins have been awesome at getting involved but we’ve just underserved them, lots of reasons why but no need for detail here. We’re working on it.

Once again, I feel really lucky. But I have to be honest;

We have been a bit overwhelmed with the response, and I mean it literally.. it feels like we’ve spent our whole time fighting bottom feeder cheaters and constant DDOS attacks…

On top of which, with the sheer amount of physical and mental exhaustion from the last few weeks.. we decided to take a bit of a reset- not everyone but a good chunk of the team have been forced to use holiday this week. Thats why we’ve been “officially” quieter.. during said holidays, most people had to work a fair bit!

I hope you don’t see this as resting on our laurels but instead see it as us finishing a sprint and taking a breather to prepare for a marathon.

We feel a bit out of control with how big things have gone and how much extra security we have been forced to do. But I still believe in our plan and ask you to believe in our team.

The next part of this journey is going to get spicy, we wont have fixed everything, people will begin to say we aren’t listening, you may even see people start to panic about player count!

But we’re here for the long haul, we’re in a position where we can try make 1.0 and beyond exactly what we want it to be, no compromises, that’s the dream right?

Thanks for all the support, we won’t always get it right and we haven’t on this first balance pass.. but we will change it every season to keep it fresh and to keep trying new things.

You can only fly for the first five minutes…. I’m not a good pilot and that’s just not true.

He paints such a negative picture, it feels like he’s either paid to make this video against wardogs or he just genuinely misses Fortnite and HATES wardogs.

I’m almost level 100 and I go out with free gun and no armor every spawn. I have ZERO problems killing geared players.

I think people need to realize that mob rule doesn’t matter if a game studio wants to stick to their vision. They know that they need to stick it out and play it by ear. They’ve put months and/or years of thought into this. Let them cook ffs. Wipe gives new players a fresh start
