As someone who was their dad’s last child that he had in his late 50’s and is now going on 90 years old, I do not encourage this at all. It’s not fun experiencing your parents age and wither away / have an emotional disconnecting with them as you age due to the huge mindset gap between yall while you’re also in the middle of trying to understand your wtf is going on and who tf you are in your 20’s and 30’s. It’s traumatic to say the least.
