I can’t make this up. @AmericanAir didn’t let them on their connecting flight BACK through Miami, even though they made it to the gate 15 min before the doors closed. Were told at gate “nothing we can do, you lose your seats.” So the tour group of kids is again delayed in Miami.

Apparently @AmericanAir just bumped my 17 year old daughter’s entire tour group from their connecting flight in Miami…so now they’re stranded in Miami until potentially tomorrow night…F*ck you American Airlines.

Sounds like they couldn’t find hotel rooms for all 10 kids and their one chaperone. So, they’re now “miraculously” booked for a flight later tonight, after first telling them they’d have to wait until Thursday night for another flight. I’m skeptical, but hopeful.
