2 days of consistent stretching of my achilles and it appears I have avoided injury. After Sunday's long run, I was pretty afraid it was bad. Legs wanted to push the pace and I did everything I could to slow them down.

@Norgoz I quit Facebook because I was scrolling down reading and my brain was a little behind processing. I read that someone's father had passed as I clicked another post. I never found who it was because it reshuffled when I hit back.

This is the hole I am climbing out of. The tight achilles I have I believe is due to the steepness of the climb out.

@joostschuur I tried typescript once and it just seemed to get in my way. It seems pretty heavy for something that is just going to output something I already know how to write.

@Geraint27038389 @gunsnrosesgirl3 this is true. The water is actually pretty clean, the floor just has dirt on it and it is not as clear as the referenced video. These fish and turtles are living large too. People sit along the canal and feed them every morning.

Got a new laptop and once again, Windows is unable to set or even keep the time set properly. I now own 3 window machines that are incapable of telling me what time it is. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills.
