The worst section is definitely between the west side shelter and St Paul’s area. Not to mention they are ruining the west side community

Have you seen these unique bikes, #yxe? They were stolen from a 12 year old girl with Spina bifida. The theft occurred b/w Jun.21 @ 4pm and Jun.23 @ 10am in the 1000 block of Ave. J S. Now she is confined to a wheelchair and can't enjoy the fresh air & freedom her bikes give her.
