Almost accurate, a pilot can land a plane inside of ten or twelve minutes after takeoff, HOWEVER... pilots that fly "heavies" will try to dump their fuel over water before landing...

Not accurate. Most aircraft such as an airbus 320, Boeing 707, 737, 747, and 757, all aircraft with two or more engines, have only two fire bottles total, and they're located in the fuselage.
