So here's the thing @ITVWales interviewed a cyclist about the 20mph he said it makes cyclists feel safer . You never see them in the 20 zones not even kids these days where we live but you do see cyclists using the 60mph roads.

@bt_uk Yes but engineers come at night after we phone to complain, even though they tell us they can't fix it at night and no engineers come out the following day so it's like rinse and repeat
