@SOGyedu @Joy997FM Funding for the interchange was approved by AfDB in 2016 before NPP took power.

It will interest you to know that the NPP adds that loan to the debt stock of the NDC when debate about borrowing comes up but they add this same interchange to their infrastructure projects. 🤣🤣
