I still do the 22 minute hiit everyday on the treadmill. I simply stopped posting them. It's nice to think about another super dedicated guy like you!

2) Yesterday, in the middle of my workout, with watch ON MY HAND, my TicWatch broke. WTH @Mobvoi_Official ...

So frustrating. First day of the new year and the watch didn't read my hiit workout until the end. My first gym workout and hiit of the year was intense and definitely over the 130 bpm average.

Christmas Eve. Frustrating that my watch died in the middle of the workout. Only 17 minutes recorded and it didn't record properly but I took a picture of my machine to show my full HIIT workout.
