@alisonleary1 @NHSEngland It is, but it’s still nursing and I took skills to GP land and bought other skills back to the NHS. Just seems a bit unfair. I did not realise until I came back to the NHS after 6 years as GPN and had to fight for my extra annual leave (and I’ve been nursing 45 years!).

@ProgressiveRug Same as trying to make players understand that a black eye, a bloody nose, a cut eyebrow etc are all head injuries! Believe it or not, but the face is in fact on the head!
