@XavierBecerra No it's not.
And the idea that it is, insulting and demeaning to the voters.
Counting on TDS to carry you to the governor's house is not a platform.
@AdamSchiff Do we really though?
California citizens have been doubting that LOOONNNG before Trump said a thing about it.
I think you're just angry that he's actually putting attention on the obvious problems we have.
We get our mail in ballots WEEKS in advance.
It's really not hard to get your mail in vote there by election day, and there's really no excuse not to.
After all, it's election day, NOT election month.
This process just seems shady, and opens the door for corruption and questions to the integrity of our elections.
Imo If it's not there by election day then I don't think it should count. π€·π»ββοΈ
@ChadBianco@MarindaVannoy1 It's actually the other way around. I say this with no malice or ill will, but
If you care about California the way you claim there is only one way forward.
@GovPressOffice Look who took Chevron's PSA very personally. π€£
Good to know Gavin is petty on top of being a pathological liar. Who could have guessed. π€·π»ββοΈ
@TaraBull Ahhh yes, the age old "campaign contribution" grift. (Even when he knows there is no shot.)
It's a tale as old as time with these politicians.
If you think the Democrats are throwing a temper tantrum over the Virginia redistricting, well, just wait until Watson v. Republican National Committee Supreme Court decision doesn't go their way.
If the Court sides with the RNC, your mail-in ballot will need to be received by election day to be counted.
No more week long grace periods.
For a ballot to be counted it has to be in the election officeβs hands by Election Day.
Not postmarked by then. Physically there.
If it arrives one day late, itβs trash.
That's going to directly impact 14 states with grace periods.
Which are
πππ
Alaska
California
Illinois
Maryland
Massachusetts
Mississippi
Nevada
New Jersey
New York
Oregon
Texas
Virginia
Washington
West Virginia
& Washington D.C.
We should have a decision by the end of June.
And if it doesn't go their way the Democrats want?
Things are going to get even more wild.
