We were disconnected early on Friday 7th. On 7th at 10am, full payment was made, and NUMEROUS emails & calls have been made! Jhb Water states 48 hours, COJ call centre states 72 hours, BOTH HAVE LONG PASSED. 192 hours AND COUNTING!!!!!

@JHBWater on hold with the call centre for 3 hours and counting... Paid up on Friday and still no reconnection! No replies to emails either. What else can one do?
