@lisatomic5 The only time I've felt anything akin to this was being 20 and dating someone who, in retrospect, didn't like me all that much. I felt I essentially had to win them over and thus was stressed about 'messing up'. I can't imagine having these thoughts in any healthy relationship..

@lisatomic5 I think people feel this way if they're highly anxious or have abandonment issues. Two of my exes expressed concerns like this, they were very anxious people who were suspicious of basic relationship intimacy (I wasn't yet at the stage of selecting healthier partners).

I suspect some people have a view that you can't do kinky/sexy stuff without on some level being morally bankrupt, and that to engage in it you must also not care about consent or boundaries, and thus they are quick to default to dark explanations for ambiguous scenarios

@vv285430607 You can just use a launcher for this tbf, you can have multiple instances of the game for different versions. Only part of an update isn't an option, but that's also not an option with VS
