I never driven a car can’t afford I’m generationally poor. Don’t even have an ac but ignoring human and animals (pets) suffering won’t help.

@hankgreen In a world that has so much cars, there is so much war, and AI data centres pop up everyday and we don’t help people suffering is a lost cause. If we wanted to truly fight global warming we could be already but we aren’t and we are losing the battle as time goes on.

@hankgreen If we were any closer to solving global warming they might have a point! I say this as someone who advocates for social policies but one of my viewpoints is minimizing suffering! If we had renewable energies air conditioning wouldn’t even be a problem anyways.

@losinghopein Thanks for your sympathy but you aren’t the one putting these awful policies in place. I live in subsidized housing with two disabled people and because of the change in the way rent is calculated it’s now market value at 1750. How does that make sense. It’s hard some days.

@TheBreakdownAB I just hope this lets Calgary know the UCP isn’t your friends. At the end of the day you are a urban area not a rural one. What you do with that information that’s up to you. As someone from Edmonton we might not want you to win hockey but good mayor and good people.

@alazirious Fire Emblem Three Houses is still fun in spite of that. I’m sure there is still some fun to be had in modern Pokémon but it’s simply not worth it for me. If you have fun great! Again I understand that graphics aren’t everything but these games are so undercooked for me.

@alazirious All I’m saying is Fire Emblem Three Houses was butt ugly and I’m not afraid to admit that but every entry has drastically improved the environments and graphics. It’s inexcusable that Pokemon got uglier in some cases compared to Sword and Shield. One definitely has more money.

However the first two steps to fix this is good parents and good support systems! To make the need to be online smaller.

@chodsmelle96265 @TheCaptainSauce And that’s in the real world they have to get that stuff. It’s much harder to enforce this online. Fake ID’s do exist and how could the computer tell the difference? Either way kids don’t even do what their parents want sometimes let along the government it won’t completely work.
