Affordability how about setting a cap on credit card interest at 12% , that's more than double Fed Window for banks to borrow. And credit cards are all processed electronically, very low cost to banks. 22 - 29% is worst than Mafia rates and its a $1.4 trillion dollar business

Too damn bad for illegals with drivers licenses, CA DMV gave them to all illegals no matter what id the had or didn't have. They set up 32 special DMV offices for illegals only to get their CAL DL, citizens couldn't use these. Gave out 2.4million licenses in 18 monthsall kinds
