Just constantly being reminded that consumerism is a silly game in this society of wasteful production and that corporations are just out here trying to grow $$ cause thats what our economy says success looks like

Okay, now Spindrift...while I know seltzer in cans is totally bad for the environment as someone who doesn't drink alcohol this was my summer refreshing beverage jam...now they've discontinued ALL of my favorite flavors 🙄

Then it was Coconut Bliss vegan ice cream, the only vegan ice cream on the shelves I liked and that had ingredients I could pronounce. Poof gone, then randomly a re-boot as Cosmic Bliss, worse products and rebrand necessary cause they've decided to take on dairy ice cream

First it was the baobab lotion from Burt's Bees, a product I'd liked for a long time, poof gone. Used to be a cute maine based co with real quality products, this year they randomly made the lotion disappear

anyone else hate when you have a product you like (as much as you can like a product that likely is complicit in some way to destroying the earth or the people on earth) and then they either make it disappear or take shit in another direction

Then I woke up, and apparently the rain decided that nobody can enjoy snow, so here we are. Cold, wet, not trying to be at the farm, and not even a nice view of white fields to enjoy.

Daylight = motivation
Right now the daylight ends at 4:30, so about 4pm I'm like ☠️

7 undergrad and master students asked for interviews that they say won't last more than an hour, but best case scenario, that's 8 hours of work/talking/time that I don't have. I need a website where people can just read what I have to say so I can be left alone.
