@kushansarkar Absolutely, the player should be judged on performance. Especially when you have so called Teams - A,B,C ready for international cricket. Irrespective of the age or background, performers should be picked, given confidence, backed for some time and then replaced from the pool.
@benstokes38 Sack ECB? Because Iβm sure you did not upload the video did you? Or maybe you did because you are an attention seeking man who made the final test all about himself.
And if you are talking about Stokes - he already got sacked albeit ceremoniously.
@Oxygen18_ Gambhir & Agarkar have already caused enough to warrant their sacking. I am surprised & frustrated that they are still holding their jobs. But yes, for long term gains we are willing to sacrifice short term losses. I too am at that stage where I am happy seeing India lose πͺ
@Aakashraj2208 And we have not even start to talk about bowling, selection, fielding, batting lineup, favouritism, constant chopping and changing, insecurities, egos, team environment, public bashing of players by management etc.
@Djoko_UTD He also said βa little differentβ, and he is right. 1.5 to 2 hrs of 22 players in action versus 5 hours of a Tennis player continuously in action every minute is incomparable
