In light of the new casting news for Peter Krause, I am both so ecstatic for Peter and very saddened for what this really means in the 911 universe. This only confirms the complete mishandling of the most beloved character and the abhorrent treatment of Peter Krause and the many fans that have followed 911 from the beginning. From storylines that made no sense to the plot and went nowhere, to killing Bobby in the most traumatic and scarring way, to fake scripts, to the worst send of on television I’ve seen to someone so beloved and detrimental to the story, to the treatment of the actor that played him with heart and grace for 8 seasons….only to be shoved off and ignored. No thank you to Peter for 8 years, tribute video taken down, ignored and cut out of the show and the family he brought to life. It’s downright cruel in my opinion and a complete mishandling of someone who clearly didn’t deserve it. I mourn what we lost with Bobby Nash, with Bathena, with the 118 family….but I encourage everyone to support the heck out of Peter’s upcoming show…he deserves it. And I hope 911 realizes the gravity of what they lost with their own greed.

Ever since 8x15 we all have been in a perpetual state of sadness & torment from an ill planned creative decision that has changed the entirety of #911onABC as we know it. Also, not much has been said to praise the man who gave 8 years of his life & heart to this show & his always spectacular performances throughout every season! Season 8 had many amazing performances from Peter Krause that should be recognized as much as he should be appreciated....so let's appreciate the many brilliant, nuanced, loving, funny & powerful ways Peter has portrayed the undying legend that is Bobby Nash‼️

I have never felt so strongly about anything as I do about this travesty of killing Bobby for no reason except for a ridiculous shock value that no one wanted!! Bathena was the epitome of love and hope that even if you’re a little broken that love can pull you through…..and they took that without a care or thought of what message that may send! Bobby was a pillar of hope and truly the heart and glue of the whole series…he cannot just be removed because of a “creative decision” because there is nothing creative about cutting short the most complex storyline they’ve had on the show and the foundation on which everyone stands on! He’s irreplaceable and to me the very fact they thought that killing him would better anyone’s storyline is insulting to the show and viewers alike. How do you make Athena better for this by throwing out her softness that she finally could have through the hardships of her life….her rock gone and their love cut short abruptly and cruely…yeah that will do wonders for her. And the 118? I’m sure that their already juicy storylines will now just be laced with grief. This show already shared its spotlight with every character and we loved that….Bobby did not overshadow any storyline, if anything he was in the background for moral support if needed. This show had a balance that was set because of him being the immovable pillar of hope for every single character there! That fact has been shown many times throughout the seasons. This was not needed and is insulting to the viewers that rallied around Bobby to thrive and bathena to get their happy ending! The show will never be the same and I could only hope they will change this blunder….don’t care how you do it just bring him back before it’s too late! You’ve knocked down the foundation of the whole series and it will not recover unless you correct it! If not then the series will crumble….and I won’t be there to see it.
