I dyed my hair black a few weeks back I don't need my happy color anymore my sad days are far in-between. Today I still have a bit to go from the damage I did to my physical health but today I'm typing this to remind myself I am better, I've come far, I am proud of myself. 7/7

it's been a year and a half and I've been feeling depressed and in limbo to the point where I stopped eating regular meals out of necessity to neglecting my health even after I was financially stable again 1/7

I started eating 3 meals a day regularly I diverted out of my bed to work to school route. each little thing grew. Just being surrounded by my family when I could they unknowingly helped me recover. I graduated in June on time by some miracle. 6/7
