Yesterday we were at the launch of @EveraHomesLLP in #Cambridge. Refreshing to hear HAs and @HomesEngland pushing for innovation. The nod to a middle-income gap in housing options and the need for mixed communities was great. Lots of interest in Just One too! #TransformingTenure

#Budget2018 announced the abolition of Stamp Duty (SDLT) for first-time buyers on #SharedOwnership.
