@Google so now my issue has been going on for almost a month and is still not resolved. I can’t even reach support on the phone - digital support can’t seem to fix the problem. Help!!!
#HeyGoogle think you could finally resolve the issue on my account where I haven’t been able to make in-app purchases for two weeks? It always the same, support says they are referring to a specialist team, that it is fixed, and to wait 48 hours. Round and round I go

@Android@Google I bought an android tablet thinking I could play my favorite game. After a few days I was unable to make in-app purchases and your support hasn’t been able to fix it for over 2 weeks!!!!

@Google I continue to have problems making in-app purchases with GooglePay. This is getting ridiculous-this has been going on for over 2 weeks! Each time support says it is fixed and to wait 48 hours. 48 hours comes and goes and it is still a problem. Can’t even use gift card
@GooglePlay You’re making it really hard for me to use your services. The lack of customer support and failure to resolve this in a timely manner is appalling
@GooglePlay hey google - I’ve been trying to get you guys to fix an issue with me being able to make in app purchases for over a week now. I’ve provided every bit of information requested, and each time I’ve been told it’s being sent to a “specialist team” - still not fixed

@UPS I am the shipper. That’s the problem - I dropped it off at the UPS Store and *poof* - no pickup scan, nothing. Vanished. And 8 business days to me seems to translate into: we’re allowing time to see if it pops up on its own. If not, then we will go look for it.
@UPS ya’ll find my package yet? I know you have zero sense of urgency and it’s a trivial thing to you, but it’s a huge deal to me. Would be nice if you at least pretended you understood that.
@UPS Just stopped by the UPS Store #3443 at 295 E Swedesford Road Wayne, PA 19087. Package isn’t there and they are stating all packages leave every night and UPS driver did not scan. Asked for manager to review camera footage and callback. Next step: file a police report.
@UPS Cool. If the package doesn’t materialize I’ll file a police report for theft as your own records don’t show a departure scan from the UPS store I dropped it at.
@UPS@amazon Amazon, you guys need to get into private shipping - UPS is dropping the ball. They just lost a huge 50lb 20x20x24 package, and they have plenty of customer complaints! Huge opportunity for Amazon to swoop in and show them how it is done! #UPSSucks
