@TexAnnWheeler @Arkypatriot My total cholesterol was 208, since the diet it's 145. My "good" cholesterol tanked also so I added olive oil and fish oil to help that. Been doing it for 3-1/2 months.
@Arkypatriot I eat twice a day, in a 4-6 hour window. Usually ground beef the first meal and a ribeye for the second.
You don't get hungry as often on an all meat diet. Eating becomes only a necessity, hunger is more like a low fuel light on your car.
@Arkypatriot Been doing it for 3-1/2 months now. No veggies, no carbs, no sugar. Dropped weight from 356 lbs to 273 lbs! I feel great! I did have 2 cheat weekends (vacations).. on both I gained 6 lbs, but it came off the next week. Kicking carbs/sugar was probably the hardest part.
