My result: ChatGPT gave the most useful answers, but the biggest lesson was this;
The AI tool matters less than how clearly you prompt it.

Good question.

It depends on the level you are coming in at.

If you are, say, already a Vice President in SLB, Halliburton, etc., you are already given a CEP as you are coming in. This is most likely going to be at the "Level 1" category.

But if you are on a much lower level, you get assessed when everyone else gets their assessment.

If you are coming from an oil servicing background, you do have an advantage because the pace there is faster and more demanding so there's no reason not to shine with the operators.

Is there any possibility of someone who transitioned from servicing company e.g. SLB, Halliburton etc to Shell to have place in such fast tract, or person must start from shell as graduate trainee to be put on that tract.
