@wherestherats@Rayxeets As for Rock, he has put over almost everyone in his prime. HHH, Foley, Austin non stop, Jericho, Lesnar and Angle beat him for their first world titles, Goldberg for his debut etc. Even midcarders like Holly, Dudleys, Hurricane etc. That being said, good debating, have a good one
@wherestherats@Rayxeets It's all good mate, that's what its all about. I am a fan of Punk as well, so when I say whiny, I'm aiming at what can be perceived as his usual promo style for someone who's not a fan. He does do it often, he can also be acting antiestablishment whilst being actual establishment
@wherestherats@Rayxeets He had plenty of classics in his short run.
Every guy has a style, you could argue Punk's is the usual whiny, anti-establishment, I'm straight edge shtick. But he's still a great.
Orton, Roman, Cody, the Harts etc are all nepo babies then?
Punk did, but that's his best ever promo
@wherestherats@Rayxeets That's just nonsense. The man elevated everything he was involved in. Even when booked badly, he made it watchable like his feuds against Gunn and Bulldog. He had good matches with HHH, Foley, Angle, Jericho, Booker T, Benoit etc. Punk is very one note, but I still like him.
@wherestherats@Rayxeets Respectfully to Punk, he doesn't. Rock is a better face, better heel, more charismatic, bigger star, more entertaining, funnier, more diverse and has far more iconic moments. They're close in mic work, depending on what you're in the mood for, and Punk takes in-ring just about.
@mattsw_g@DuxVul This morning alone I seen someone on here saying "all lives matter" to a white lives matter post but in his history he condemns that phrase used during the BLM phase. Hypocrites, and there's many, many more. ๐คท
@mattsw_g@DuxVul In terms of agendas, Narinder Kaur, Shola, Femi, Owen Jones, Humza Yousaf etc. They're all known to be selective in what they condemn. In terms of death threats, JK Rowling gets them all the time, any post you see defending Charlie Kirk brings plenty of death threats or mockery.
