Adult box turtles grow to 4 to 6 inches and weigh between 0. 5 and 2 pounds . These sizes vary from species to species.

They eat a wide range of prey, including earthworms, beetles, locusts, crickets and caterpillars. 🪱🪲🦗🐛

Box turtles will also eat small amphibians such as frogs, toads, and tadpoles. 🐸
