@virginmedia How vile. There is no amount outstanding on my account. It has been paid. The response I got from the credit file amendments team was to contact the credit file amendments team. So I'll just go to CISAS. You're even horrible on social media. No wonder your trust pilot is so low.

@virginmedia You phantom billed me, I got no correspondence about it, was not given fair chance to pay, and then reported to CRAs that I didn't pay. Thats fraud, and a breach of ICOs data protection rules, and comms omnudsmam. I emailed credit file amendments team and got fobbed off.
