@etihad absolutely appalled at the service provided, asking for another 2k in flight cost because your website wasn't working and you weren't taking bookings over the phone without charging an admin fee of more than £30 each and now attempting to charge us double the price!

@Etihad_CEO All we wanted to do was book a holiday and informed multiple Etihad staff that there was an issue when clicking "no extras" which meant the booking wouldn't continue. Nobody resolved it and nobody called back yesterday when i was told they would.
