She is not someone who complains even with bad service so this had to be very bad!

After hearing some of the details of this story it seems that @MarriottIntl needs to review their policies, particularly around Race. It seems that AAPI isn't welcome in their North America facilities.
Disappointing.

@eeveenara I HATE that. There are a lot of things that I just let go but smoke smell isn't one of then. I will instantly complain about that one. Change rooms, make them swap linen and take out soft items, I even carry vics to sleep 🤣
