@alicedacreator@Enderrot if you think stating an observation and simply being curious is "being a dick" then thats just disappointing
im not blaming anything for being popular, im curious as to why it is in the first place, if you think that comes across as being rude then thats on you
@HyperPixel64@Enderrot@alicedacreator i dont think its weird, people were hoping for a replacement for that dumpster fire of an asym long before it got cancelled, the weird part is that many of them end up becoming popular despite having barely any gameplay footage, we're hyping up a blank piece of paper here
@Mahokabii you know its true when nintendo themselves literally named him "Mr. Videogame" in the most ballsy move ever and everybody just nodded their head and agreed without any question
@Enderrot@alicedacreator thats not a dig at the team creating the game, rather an observation that just doesnt make sense when you take a little more than even a minute to think about it
@Enderrot@alicedacreator my issues stem from its popularity, i dont think its unreasonable to question why something is so popular when theres nothing there to popularize in the first place
nor is it unreasonable to assume something so popular would actually have something to show for itself
@Enderrot@alicedacreator so what im getting here is you expect hype from a several month old clip of amy running around an empty map for 2 minutes? im not expecting a fully completed game here but you have to admit youre really not helping your case when this is all youre showing
