Save time, money and aggravation & use another food service. I had multiple issues with @ubereats orders & instead of taking it up with merchants, they penalize the customer & won’t refund if you’ve had previous complaints. All you bet is a canned auto response. #ubereatssucks

@gaysinthejungle @UberEats 100% agree! There was an entire item missing from my order and @ubereats won’t refund. Instead of taking it up with the merchant, they penalize the customer. I’ll never order from them again.

@BrianEntin Christopher called 911. Chris was a witness across the street. You can hear Chris talking to Christopher on 911 call. Also, witness Chris gave statement @ 16:30. Said he noticed “another person had called this in”. Police took Christopher’s statement later at 1900. #GabbyPetito
